1ļøā£ Excessive, unmanaged stress will increase your hunger, food cravings, and the longing for highly stimulating foods.
2ļøā£ A lack of nutrition in your diet makes a hungry brain.
3ļøā£ Not having enough fiber in your meals and snacks can cause blood sugar spikes which become food cravings.
But here's the good news! š You can improve your connection to your fullness cues by making these simple lifestyle changes:
