Make a body-positive closet

If you're cleaning out your closet while recovering from an eating disorder, I have some advice for you. Clutter expert Marie Kondo, would say that when cleaning out your closet, you should pick up each item and cradle it to notice how you feel about it. If an item elicits a love response, you should keep it. If it doesn't, let it go.

But...if you're in recovery from an eating disorder and you pull out an item that's, like, sizes too small, or that you wore a half lifetime ago-- and it elicits the thought, "I can get back into that," for your mental health, that item needs to go!

You deserve a closet free of eating disorder triggers!
