Perfectionism, my friend, is like a sneaky little bug that can creep into our lives and wreak havoc. It's the idea that we have to be flawless in everything we do.


But let me tell you something - perfection doesn't exist! We're all beautifully flawed beings.


Embracing your quirks and accepting your limitations is part of the path to loving yourself unconditionally, recovering from your eating disorder, and continuing to evolve. So, practice letting go of the pressure to be perfect. And consider how you might more fully embrace all that you are. 💖 #mentalhealthmatters #eatingdisorderrecovery
